This page will give general procedures for your first three months. Before the installation of the hardware we will need a deposit of £350 (Only required for an EPOS system) which we will give back to you once if ever you do decide to leave.

After this we will install the hardware and configure the system to match your needs for free. We will provide free training for yourself and an additional two members of staff. We will also offer free technical support if anything serious does happen.

For the first month we will be giving a free trial period in which you would get to learn the basic operations of the systems. The second and third months we would charge a weekly price of £25 and that’s it. No hidden charges or extra costs. During these two months we would monitor your system and assist in any difficulties.

After the third month the weekly price would still be at £25 and thereafter. As long as you are with us we will give free support. Unlike many other company’s we don’t charge yearly fees for support or take a long time to come to assist.

After the three months contract period we will be happy to continue to work alongside your business. If you decide to continue with Touch2Success after the trial period you will be required to sign-up for a 12 month contract.
