Track your customers using your customer database! The customer database allows you to find out how many customers you have and view where they are coming from. The takeaway software also stores customer’s details, including name, address, phone number and when they last ordered.
How it works
When an order is taken by staff or made by a customer the takeaway software searches your customer database to find out if that customer already exists, if it’s a new customer he/she is added to the database automatically by the takeaway software. However, if the customer is already present there last order status is updated.
