Q) Is the system really easy to use?
A) Yes, everything is only a few clicks away saving you both time and money by reducing human errors. See our demo video for further proof.

Q) How long will the system be up and running from when I give the deposit?
A) The system will be installed and configured within five working days from our side. It all really depends on the internet installation.

Q) Will the website be in our takeaway name or will it be like them other online providers that are going around?
A) The website will be in your takeaways name. You will get to choose what type of domain you would like subject to availability. We do this free of charge and unlike many other online providers we do not take any commission.

Q) After the installation, if I have a fault what should I do?
A) depending on the scale of the problem you can either leave us feedback via the system itself or ring our customer care number which is 01782 444282.

Again depending on the scale of the problem we would either send an emergency technician or give assistant via remote access. Either one is free if you didn’t already know.
